Drawing on 19 years of experience in aged and community care—including extensive practical knowledge navigating the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and the Support at Home Packages I offer a safe, collaborative space for practitioners to build confidence, untangle complex cases, and explore you career trajectory. I have a particualr interest in supporting Social Workers wanting to diversify in the aged care sector.
Whether you are an early-career Social Worker, an experienced practitioner wanting to diversify into the aged care sector, or seeking to get Accredited Social Work status to be complaint with current Aged Care Act definition of a Social Worker I am here to support your professional journey. As a member of the AASW Aged Care Working Group, I ensure our sessions align with current industry standards and evolving changes.

Clinical Aged Care Practice:
Navigating the complexities of CHSP, My Aged Care, and the Support at Home programs.
Working with clients experiencing dementia, cognitive decline, or complex behaviors.
Navigating restrictive practices, elder abuse frameworks, and intense carer stress.
Managing complex community presentations, including hoarding, squalor, and profound grief.
Executing effective systemic advocacy to ensure your clients' voices are heard.
I offer flexible options to suit your professional needs, welcoming one-off case consultations, ad hoc sessions, or regular ongoing supervision.
Availability: Tuesday evenings at 6:45 PM, Thursday Evenings 4:15pm to 8pm and Friday afternoons from 2:15 PM to 5:30PM.
Standard Rate: $180 for a 60-minute session (includes brief supervision notes).
New Graduates: $160 for a 60-minute session (available for practitioners up to 2 years post-qualifying).
I provide group supervision with a maximum of 4 people
